You do, at cost. Enter the food cost when you post, or mark it already paid in the app. No markup: the 12% service fee applies only to the $5 pickup fee.
No. Alcohol, drugs, vapes and weapons are not allowed on Task U under any circumstances.
Your building is shown on the task. Your room number is only shared with the confirmed tasker during the active task.
